What We Did
DMK Contracting was engaged by Aaron George Builders to deliver the underground services for the Franklyn Park residential development on Towai Street, supporting a new 24-lot subdivision.
The team completed the installation of the development’s stormwater, wastewater and water infrastructure. Works included 150 mm and 100 mm PVC sewer mains, 150 mm PVC water mains, 63 mm PE pipework and 24 individual 25 mm service laterals.
DMK also installed 20 × 1050 mm manholes across the sewer and stormwater networks, along with 375 mm OD concrete stormwater pipe.
The project involved the coordinated delivery of the subdivision’s core three-waters infrastructure, providing the essential underground services required for the development of all 24 residential sites.

Outcome
